Hi everyone...My name is Cybil Garcia a newbie from Modesto.Does anyone here already see the most painful in slow motion video? I actually found the link from clash awhile ago. Ohh my, every time I see it, I also feel the bunch of pain. It featured the karate chop (wherein a guy breaks cement using his hand) Well here?s the link painful slow motion . How I wish I can do that stuff hmmmmm :- p

hi thanks for the link and welcome to shikata kai karate im sensei mark, cheif instructor. do you do any martial arts?

i would like to say Ouch!! that gotta hurt lol

makes me think twice now when im breaking blocks Crying or Very sad
